What Participation Feels Like, Week to Week
The learning engine alternates between self-paced creation and live collaborative refinement, preparing professionals to innovate in the AI era. Miro is the single shared environment where all work happens: canvases, frameworks, templates, live sessions, and deliverables live in one place.
Async Weeks vs. Sync Weeks
Every two weeks follow the same deliberate pattern, deep independent creation followed by live collaborative refinement with your cohort.
Async Weeks
3–5 Hours · Self-Paced · On Miro
Participants spend 3–5 hours per week working directly on guided Miro boards with preloaded templates, frameworks, prompts, and deliverable structures. You build canvases, conduct research, synthesize findings, document assumptions, and prepare drafts directly on the shared Miro workspace.
- Build canvases and frameworks using pre-loaded Miro templates each week
- Conduct discovery research and synthesis findings with AI-assisted tools
- Document assumptions and prepare draft deliverables for peer review
- Use AI for synthesis, pattern recognition, and first-pass analysis
Sync Weeks
2 Hours · Live on Miro VC
The cohort meets in Miro VC for live visual collaboration, peer feedback, workshops, decision-making, and iteration, without switching platforms. The small cohort size of up to 12 people allows every participant to present work, receive meaningful critique, and contribute to others' progress.
- Present your deliverables and receive structured peer feedback live
- Participate in facilitated workshops and collaborative decision-making
- Discuss human judgment versus AI output to refine your thinking
- Iterate and strengthen artifacts through diverse perspectives
Sample Two-Week Cycle
See how one async week produces draft artifacts and the following sync week validates and strengthens them, with AI woven throughout.
Customer Segmentation & Personas
Week 5 · Async · AI-Assisted
You dive into customer segmentation strategies on guided Miro boards, using AI to assist with research synthesis and pattern identification. AI helps synthesize interview data, identify behavioral patterns, and generate initial persona drafts from research notes.
- Customer segmentation map (Miro canvas)
- Draft persona canvas with AI-synthesized insights
- Documented assumptions for peer review
Deep Persona Validation & Refinement
Week 6 · Sync · Live on Miro VC
In the live Miro VC session, you present your draft persona, receive structured peer feedback, and collaboratively refine it into a validated tool. The cohort discusses where AI-generated insights aligned with real customer evidence, and where human judgment should override AI output.
- Refined & validated persona canvas
- Customer journey touchpoint map
- Peer feedback documentation
Recurring Weekly Structure
Every single week follows a consistent, predictable pattern, theme, key learnings, Miro-based activities, and deliverables.
Theme
A single focused topic that builds directly on the previous week, creating logical progression.
Key Learnings
3–5 targeted learning objectives tied to proven frameworks you immediately apply.
Miro Activities
Hands-on work on guided Miro boards with preloaded templates and structured prompts.
Deliverables
Tangible outputs every week, canvases, plans, research documents, building your system.
Major Artifacts Built Over 12 Weeks
Your deliverables compound into a complete Collaborative Operating System. Here are the key artifacts you create across all six phases.
Phase 1
Innovation Audit
Assessment of organizational innovation strengths, blockers, and challenges.
Phase 2
Persona & Value Proposition Canvases
Deep customer profiles with validated pain relievers and gain creators.
Phase 3
Business Model Canvas & Experiments
Tested business model with documented assumptions, portfolio map, and iteration results.
Phase 4
Workflow Blueprints & Team Charter
Custom innovation workflows in Miro with 3–5 reusable process templates.
Phase 5
AI Integration Strategy & Ethics
Delegate–Partner–Lead mapping, prompt playbook, and ethical guidelines.
Phase 6
90-Day Roadmap & Executive Presentation
Complete implementation package with change management and scaling strategy.
Collaborative Accountability & Progressive Skill-Building
Peer review, facilitator guidance, and AI-supported practice are integral every week. The 12-week journey ensures you don't just learn, you transform.
Peer Review Every Week
Your cohort of up to 12 participants provides structured critique in every sync session. You present, receive feedback, and refine, building accountability and diverse perspectives into every artifact.
- Cohort check-ins every sync week
- Structured peer critique assignments
- 80% attendance (at least 10 of the 12 live sessions) requirement
Expert Facilitator Guidance
Every sync session is led by an experienced facilitator who deepens conceptual understanding, navigates group dynamics, and ensures every participant contributes meaningfully.
- Facilitated workshops and discussions
- Decision-making support
- Draft → Validate → Refine cycle
AI-Supported Practice
AI is threaded through the entire programme, from discovery research synthesis to prompt engineering practice. You build the Delegate–Partner–Lead framework as a certified, core skill.
- AI-assisted synthesis in async work
- Human vs. AI judgment discussions in sync
- Progressive skill-building across phases
