When are the next dates?

What will it cost?
Pricing for the open cohort will be published alongside the dates. In-house engagements are quoted per engagement rather than per seat, so get in touch and we will send a figure.
Can we run it in-house before the open dates?
Yes. In-house is available now and is the most common way the two-day format runs. We will build it around your own challenge.
Why two days rather than one?
One day is enough to experience the operating system and build a shared language. Two days give the team enough time to move from understanding to doing, to testing, to installing, which is where the change actually sticks.
Do both days have to be consecutive?
We strongly recommend it. Day 2 builds directly on the outputs of Day 1, and the momentum matters more than people expect.
Can you run this in Dutch?
Yes. In-house days run in English or Dutch. Open cohorts are in English unless the date is marked otherwise.
