Before Miro, Alex held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, Tableau, and several SAP consulting partners, where he built and scaled the teams responsible for delivering analytics and digital transformation programs to Fortune 500 clients. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia and a degree in software engineering from Kennesaw State University. Maik Dütemeyer represents the next generation of thinkers and builders shaping the future of work. He studied International Business at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and was finishing his Bachelor of Science thesis as the book was being published. What began as an internship at Business Models Inc., supporting the team with community management, content creation, and digital collaboration, quickly grew into something much bigger. His sharp analytical mind, fluency with innovation strategy, and instinct for how modern teams actually work led to an invitation to join the project as a co-author. He brought a fresh perspective to the writing room, helped shape the ideas that became core to the book, and added energy and rhythm to every working session along the way. Maik now works as a B2B Marketing Associate at IBV Holding GmbH, where he continues to apply the lessons from Augmented Collaboration in real-world work.
