This website sells both physical printed books and digital downloadable products, including but not limited to AUGMENTED COLLABORATION and AUGMENTED COLLABORATION #BADVERSION.

Because physical and digital products are delivered differently, different refund and return conditions apply.

By placing an order through this website, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Physical Books

2.1 Return Eligibility

Customers within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Returns showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or incomplete contents may not qualify for a full refund.

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to downloadable digital content unless technical issues prevent delivery.

3.2 Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content

By purchasing a digital product and beginning the download or accessing the digital product, customers expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that they thereby lose their statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

As a result, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been granted.
